Actually everyone here may not be far wrong, that is the health hazards with these energy saveing bulbs have not been very widely publicised, all sorts of radio frequencies are emitted by them including x rays, microwaves and other harmful emissions, see dangers with flurescent light tubes.

Light Therapy for Insomnia?
Has anyone tried this? I have done a bunch of research and it seems legit for SAD, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, etc. According to an 'assessment' I have a delayed circadian rhythm.. no SAD or anything like that that I know of. It also says it may help with depression, moods, energy, etc.
Has anyone tried this and have positive results? It costs almost $300 (more…)
