Positive Effects On The Mind And Body While Maximizing Power Efficiency

Our environment and surroundings have the capacity to effect us in both positive as well as negative ways. A bright and sunny weather can provide us a cheerful atmosphere, exuding happiness and positivism. However a gloomy and dull weather tends to make us feel sad, lazy and even depressed. Constant inclement weather can take its toll on our general moods and mindsets and can effect the overall quality of life.

If you are one of those suffering from such constant bouts of rain, snow or sleet, making you feel dreary and dull, the unique sunlight lamp is just the right accessory for your home or office. Designed to provide a day-light spectrum for health and well-being, these sunlight lamps are highly useful in helping with such seasonal affective disorders. Easily available online, these sunlight lamps are perhaps the best possible solution in face of such vagaries of weather.

One of the most practical accessories you can find for your home, the sunlight lamp recreates the optical brilliance of real sunlight, all with a flick of a switch. It possesses a unique technology that simulates the sun’s visible wave lengths, thus providing the same effect. In fact, while using a sunlight lamp indoors, you will actually be able to see the details more clearly and colors accurately. This kind of a lamp surely provides you with the clearest, brightest and most comfortable intensity of light you can ever find.

Besides, the sunlight lamp considerably helps in reducing eyestrain and computer screen glare than the conventional 26-Watt compact fluorescent lamps. Even the black and white contrast is heightened for easier reading. The soft and pure white light reflected by the lamp is easy on the eyes as it spreads to clearly illuminate the working area. Convenience is further augmented by the gooseneck that is fully adjustable to any angle. This makes it very convenient for working on a whole, especially for close up tasks and hobbies.

Owing to its fine design and appearance, the sunlight lamp looks good in every setting, be it office or a home setting. To add on to your performance and efficiency, you can simply switch on the sunlight lamp to literally switch on the sunlight indoors, every day of the year.

The sunlight lamp is now widely available on
1000
the internet. You can view its various features through various websites offering such products. In fact, the concept of online shopping has made it extremely easy to view and purchase such products from the convenience of your home. All you have to do is to confirm the authenticity of the website and the online merchant you are dealing with. The best way to do is to look for the signs of the website security. It is also advisable to maintain printed records of your transactions for future reference.

Products like sunlight lamps are extremely useful in today’s commercial times, when all possible efforts are being made to maximize efficiency and output. With the availability of such products online at reasonable prices, their usability further gets heightened.

Why Choose A Laser Comb To Treat Hair Loss?

A laser comb uses low level laser therapy (also known as LLLT, photobiomodulation, cold laser therapy and laser biostimulation) as its treatment method for hair loss. Laser therapy is an emerging medical technique in which exposure to low level laser light or light-emitting laser diodes can stimulate cellular function leading to beneficial clinical effects. It is on track to become one of the most important developments in life sciences since the discovery of penicillin. Low level laser therapy is now being used to treat different conditions such as pain, skin conditions, chemical substance addictions, and dental diseases along with various hair loss conditions. Low level laser therapy uses this low powered laser light, in the range of 1-1000mW, at wavelengths from 632nm – 904nm to stimulate the cellular processes which enhance favorable biochemical reactions such as hair re-growth. Along with other clinical applications, its use in the laser comb to treat hair loss has now been cleared by the FDA.

What are the Benefits of Low Level Laser Therapy?

While applying lasers to the backs of shaven mice after surgery, a scientist noticed that the shaved hair grew back more quickly on the treated group of mice than the untreated group. The laser’s low level of light had stimulated the blood flow around the follicles and had produced a favorable environment for new hair to grow. Combine this same laser power in today’s laser comb with proper scalp care, a healthy lifestyle and hair-specific nutritional vitamins and you can have healthier, fuller and thicker hair. The laser comb provides an effective, drug-free, non-surgical solution for men and women experiencing and wanting to treat hair loss. However, if you are choosing the option of hair transplant surgery, many hair loss doctors now use the laser comb to assist with postoperative healing. If you are a woman experiencing shedding or thinning hair, you are in the company of an estimated 20 million American women who also suffer from hair loss. Use of the laser comb by females is growing even more rapidly as the newer, lighter hand held devices can be used in the privacy of one’s home. Results do vary from individual to individual, but by using the laser comb you can expect your hair to improve in amount and quality, therefore i
1000
mproving your confidence as well as your looks.

How Does the Laser Comb Deliver Treatment?

In-office laser therapy treatments were gaining in popularity for men and women experiencing hair loss and thinning hair, but now hand held devices have been developed that resemble a brush in appearance. The light energy from the laser comb penetrates between existing hairs, delivering the energy directly to the scalp. This laser comb gives off no heat and carries a gentle, nourishing light therapy. Clinical studies have suggested that this cellular and sub-cellular activity breaks down the collection of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is responsible for hair loss (alopecia). It also stimulates the pores to expand and release any material that clogs them and causes the hair follicle to die. Studies show that there are no negative side effects to this form of laser hair therapy, as the low level lasers cannot damage living tissues.

How Do I Get the Best Results with My Laser Comb?

Many websites offer the latest low level laser therapy devices, but the best results come from a laser comb that has the largest number of true laser diodes (not simple LEDs or light emitting devices) along with a support system of hair care products that work synergistically with light therapy. There is so much information available today regarding this emerging field of medical technology, so make sure to look around for a manufacturer who has an educational website. See for yourself what goes into creating their products and how much experience they have with the laser comb . If you’ve tried several different methods to stop hair loss, but still haven’t been successful, it might be time to purchase a laser comb. The media and the scientific world are taking notice of the legitimate capabilities of low level laser therapy and a great hair loss therapy system.

Seven Tips To Rescue Christmas From Bipolar Disorder

Christmas can be a nightmare for people with bipolar disorder. As the philosopher Posidonius observed in the fourth century, ‘Melancholy occurs in autumn whereas mania in summer.’ Here downunder in Australia, Christmas is summer time, party time, spending time, hurry time, family time. This is a potent mix of triggers and seasonal vulnerability and many of us do fall over with mania. Friends and family don’t always recognise Christmas mania, because symptoms such as excessive drinking, lavish spending, staying up late at functions, and being in a hurry are features of the season. The stress involved with ‘having’ to buy Christmas presents and ‘having’ to get together with family, along with summer-time vulnerability make Christmas a bipolar nightmare in the southern hemisphere.

It’s not much better up north. Since the fourth century we haven’t come much further than Posidonius except to declare there is such a thing as Seasonal Affective Disorder. It seems the number of hours of daylight you experience is related to your likelihood of getting depressed in winter. The closer you are to the poles, the better your chances.

Then there are seasonal triggers, such as figuring out how to buy presents on a tight budget. If you’re depressed, the ubiquitous expectation to be happy (just because it’s Christmas) only makes things worse.

Short of walking around with a sunlight-emitting lamp strapped to your forehead, or cutting up your credit card, what can you do about seasonal episodes of bipolar? Here are some quick tips to rescue Christmas.

1.	Maintain your daily sleep/wake routine. Use medicine if you have to;

2.	Keep in control of drinking. If you suddenly start a binge, it could be a major alert of an episode;

3.	Make a Christmas shopping list and don’t buy anything not on the list!

4.	Ask your partner or friend to help you stick to a budget;

5.	Keep up medication;

6.	Check in with your doctor or mental health worker as soon as you or someone close notices symptoms;

7.	Keep away from any ‘toxic’ family members (you know who they are).

No plan is failsafe, but then again, having no plan is like going out without an umbrella on a stormy day. You can live well with bipolar
1000
, and Christmas doesn’t have to be a nightmare. Plan ahead and have a healthy, happy Christmas.

Every winter the nights draw in, the mornings get darker, and the temperatures drops. SO it’s not surprising that all you want to do is stay in bed. Thanks to a sudden lack natural light, your body goes into hibernation mode. It’s a completely natural response.

But if you feel constantly tired, unmotivated, anxious, depressed and unable to go out during winter, you could have Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD. It’s a problem that affects around 500,000 people a year in the UK.

But did you know there are some natural solutions you can take to combat the problem?

How food can fight SAD

– Eat foods rich in vitamin B6. They’ve found that low levels can lead to depression. I suggest cabbage, bananas and fish. But not on the same plate, unless you’re pregnant!

– You should also get some folic acid in your system. Researchers have found that clinically depressed patients just don’t have enough. Eat more citrus fruit, spinach and wholegrain foods are packed with the stuff.

– Nuts contain selenium, which was found to boost your mood by researchers at University College in Swansea. The daddy of all selenium is the mighty Brazil nut.

– Eat chilli peppers. They contain capsaicin, which helps your brain produce endorphins – the natural mood-enhancing chemicals in your body.

There’s also something else you can do. It’s free and easy…

Have some fun this winter

The best favour you can do yourself when winter comes is to concentrate on what you love in life. Don’t let a little wind and rain put your off that trip to the cinema or restaurant. Don’t feel guilty about a lazy weekend snuggled in front of the television, if that’s what you crave.

And although you should add the foods I’ve mentioned to your diet, don’t starve yourself. Constant hunger will worsen your mood.

A little light exercise can also go a long way, too. Exercise releases endorphins (the pleasure chemical) into your brain. It helps get rid of those pesky toxins and gets your blood flowing properly to your organs and muscles.

All you need is a 20-minute brisk walk, jog, aerobics session or swim, three times a week. Or why not try my 40 minute-a-day pub walk? That way you get a dose of natural light, some exercise AND a spot of indulgence.

Also try to fight SAD with a light box

If you think you suffer from an extreme case of SAD, then you should get a light box. These give out concentrated doses of light that trick your brain into thinking its summer. They can be used while you work or read.

The organisation SADA (the longest established support organisation for Seasonal Affective Disorder) recommends you try a light box before you buy.

Several companies offer a home trial or hire scheme and SADA has a number for short-term hire. You can find more out about SADA at http://www.sada.org.uk

Acne is a skin condition that is caused by changes in the sebaceous glands. It affects more than 85% of teenagers worldwide and may continue until adulthood if left unmedicated. Unfortunately, it usually targets very visible areas of the human body: the face and the upper neck; it can also develop in the back and at the chest and shoulder areas. This condition is caused by Propionibacterium acnes, which induces inflammation.

Sunlight is believed to improve the treatment of acne by effecting antimicrobial healing processes in the pores. But prolonged exposure to sunlight causes more damage than the good it was intended to effect. Therefore, this light was replicated and modified to copy the good effects of the light without the long term effects. This is called light therapy.

Light therapy is the type of therapy wherein different types of light with different wavelengths from the spectrum are pulsed to a specific area of the body to treat certain medical conditions. Different light wavelengths have different effects on the body. Medical illnesses such as skin diseases and neonatal jaundice have been treated by light therapy. Even psychiatric disorders can be treated through the use of light.

Of the many colors in the spectrum, blue light has been the most used in terms of medicine and daily activities. Blue light therapy was developed by the renowned doctors Simon Ourian and Bob Ourian. For almost three years now, dermatologists have found wide use of the blue wavelength to treat skin disorders, varicose veins and dark spots; this is mostly used for acne treatment. Blue light therapy for acne can be applied through customized lasers or LEDs and when applied to the affected area at least twice a week reduces acne lesions by 64%. Daily application of this light therapy, along with red light treatment, visibly reduces 74% of the acne number.

Before the procedure, a photosensitive gel will be topically applied to the infected area. A series of light pulses are then applied and these wavelengths penetrate through the skin and target the bacteria within. The cells beneath are also benefited as they receive the blue light energy. This means that as the acne is eliminated the cells around are healed and the usual inflammation will gradually subside.

Unlike sunlight, the modified blue light does not have significant long term side effects and the Propionibacterium does not much chance to develop resistance to the treatment. Some redness and discomfort in the treated area should be expected. The doctor might prescribe some mild pain relievers. Blue light therapy should also be used with precaution by people who have light sensitivity. The biggest disadvantage might prove to be its cost, which can start from $500.

Fortunately, a lot of home-use light lamps or boxes are being sold, which might be a little expensive but the long term savings compared to dermatologist visits far outweigh the initial disadvantage. These light boxes can also be used in the comforts of home to provide daily treatment and protection to the user. It is still best to consult the dermatologist for correct dosage and duration of acne blue light treatment at home because the intensity of the light necessary for proper healing is different for different people.

Cold Laser Therapy : The Healing Power Of Light

. In reality however, lasers have a much wider (and usually more benign) range of applications. They are used in all CD/DVD players, carry vast amounts of data in fiber optic networks, improve eye-sight with laser corrective surgery, and even remove unwanted body-hair or tattoos. Did you know, however, that lasers are now being used for healing?

The healing power of light

The role of using light to improve health is not new. Natural sunlight is an essential component to produce vitamin D. UV-light is used to help treat skin conditions such as psoriasis. Lack of sufficient sunlight is known to cause a condition known as seasonal affect disorder (SAD) that is characterized by severe depression. The use of lasers in medicine, however, first became popular as precision cutting tools. A combination of small beam diameter and high power has allowed lasers to replace the scalpel for certain surgery procedures.

The healing power of lasers was first discovered soon after lasers were first invented. During an experiment to determine if laser-light caused cancer in 1967, Endre Mester exposed the shaved backs of several mice to low-powered red laser light. Not only did the laser treatments not cause cancer, he noted that the hair grew back much quicker on the treated mice than on the un-treated control group! Over the years, this discovery has led to a field of study called “photo-biomodulation”. Lasers, and in certain applications LED’s (light-emitting diodes), are being used to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and reduce pain.

A laser is defined as a device that produces intense radiation in the visible or near visible wavelengths. Laser light is unique in that it is close to one specific wavelength and propagates in-phase; meaning that all of the electro-magnetic waves oscillate together in an ordered and aligned way. Together, these conditions make up the term coherency. When the coherent light is columnated, it can travel vast distances with very little loss of power or scattering. How are lasers different than LED’s? While LED’s can produce light of single color (wavelength), the light is neither in-phase nor can it be easily columnated. Lasers are also capable of producing much higher power than
1000
LED’s.

Laser treatment used for healing is called “low-level laser” or “cold-laser” therapy. By definition, lasers used for cold-laser therapy range in power from 5 to 500 milliwatts (0.005 to 0.5 Watts). Lasers less than 5 milliwatts lack the power to induce a bio-stimulatory effect, while lasers greater than 500 milliwatts may cause excessive heating and burn the skin. To put this in perspective, laser pointers that can be purchased at your local drug-store range between 1 and 5 milliwatts. Lasers used for surgery, however, range from 5 to 50 Watts.

Lasers are now being made in virtually every color of the rainbow. Which colors heal?

Cold-laser therapy systems are available in several different wavelengths (colors). They range from green (532 nm) to red (650 nm) to near infra-red (750 to 950 nm). What color is best? A lot depends on what you are trying to heal. Each color reacts differently with the body. Green laser light, for example, is very quickly adsorbed by the skin and blood and can be used only to help heal surface wounds such as bed-sores or diabetic ulcers. Red lasers can penetrate more deeply, but are still generally used for surface conditions such as burns, acne, and hair restoration. IR (infra-red) lasers penetrate much deeper and are used to help heal muscle, ligament, and even bone. Some systems will combine lasers of different wavelengths into a cluster to increase their range of uses.

How do they work?

The health benefits of cold laser therapy can be roughly divided into three categories:

-Reduce inflammation

-Reduce pain

-Accelerate tissue repair

Reduce inflammation

Immediately after an acute injury, the body undergoes a complex series of reactions designed to stop bleeding and initiate the tissue repair process. This process normally includes edema, inflammation, and pain. These reactions are designed to protect the damaged area while the body repairs itself. Laser therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation by increasing the amount of vaso-dilating and anti-inflammatory compounds such as prostaglandin PGI2. It has also been shown to reduce Interleukin 1 (IL-1), a pro-inflammation component that is connected to inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.

Reduce pain

Laser treatments have been shown to stimulate increased levels of beta-endorphins. B-endorphins are neuropeptides that serve as natural analgesics to reduce pain.

Accelerate tissue repair

To speed tissue repair, laser light affects the mitochondria. The mitochondria is the part of the cell responsible for producing ATP (adeno-triphosphate); the chemical energy of the cell. Laser light has been shown to greatly accelerate the production of ATP, thus speeding up the overall activity of the cell. In cells responsible for repairing tissue, including bone, muscle, ligament, skin, and even nerves, this results in an increase rate of repair.

These explanations are only a sample of a large list of mechanisms shown to be influenced by laser therapy.

What are the dangers? Risks?

One of the greatest risks of laser therapy is damage to the eyes. Cold-laser therapy treatments should always be conducted with proper safety glasses worn by both the patient and the practitioner. Other potential risks and contraindications include:

-No treatment over suspect tumors or cancer cells

-No treatment over the thyroid

-No treatment over the fontanelle of infants

-No treatment if the patient is using photo-sensitive or immunosuppressant drugs.

These potential risks are a conservative precaution and have not been completely proven. Special exceptions are already being discovered including the use of laser-therapy in the eyes to help with macular degeneration

The future of cold-laser therapy.

The body of evidence showing the benefits of laser therap
1000
y is growing at an exponential rate. Much of today’s research is directed towards understanding all the physiological mechanisms that are affected during laser exposure. As cold-lasers with high output power are becoming more popular, it has been discovered that the risk of over-dosing does exist. The result of over-dosing, however, seems to be simply a decrease in healing-rate. In response, optimizing treatment times and laser power are being vigorously investigated.

Combining ancient chinese medicine with modern technology: Laser Acupuncture

An increasing body of evidence suggests that laser treatments on specific acupuncture points can stimulate a similar effect as acupuncture needles. Successful studies include laser acupuncture as a means to successfully treat osteoarthritis of the knee and the use of laser acupuncture in the ears to help smoking addiction. This discovery provides a unique alternative to patients who are terrified of needles, but still seek the powerful healing benefits of acupuncture.

Cold-laser therapy: Inexpensive, effective, and safe

Laser therapy is an exciting and relatively new field that can offer people a very safe and effective option to help with speeding up injury repair and reducing pain. Next time you seek help from a physical therapist, chiropractor, orthopedist, or acupuncturist, ask them if they also use cold-laser therapy. It may end up being your best option!

SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) also defined as winter depression, is a serious condition that has as a cause the lack of bright light during the winter days. No wonder that this form of depression is treated with light therapy. The incidence of SAD is higher in the northern regions of the Globe, due to their long winter nights. Statistically women are more affected than men are. The illness has serious repercussions on the general well being of the patient; hormonal disorders (including worsened PMS symptoms for women), weight gain and tendency to overeat and sleeping disorders (oversleep). Yes, you’ve got that right: SAD is not a typical melancholic depression.

Because SAD is caused by the absence of light it is only natural that light therapy (as a non-invasive remedy) is preferred to treat this depression. The idea is to replace the amount of light found in normal summer days with artificial light. The most important is the intensity of the light and not its color spectrum. Therapeutic light is up to 40 times brighter than normal room lights. Many people who suffer from SAD purchase some light boxes (although therapists will argue that inappropriate exposure might lead to secondary effects: disturbances in the retina, anxiety, etc) and use them while they fulfill normal daily tasks: watching TV, doing laundry, reading or eating. The patients are advised not to stare into the light, but to perform these tasks as if they would be in the presence of ordinary light. The duration of the treatment varies from one week to maximum three weeks and many patients use the light boxes the whole winter, each day. SAD might recur; so many patients choose to keep their light boxes for further use.

If you suffer from SAD and intend to purchase a light box, but you are disturbed by the high price, you should know that some health insurance companies do reimburse for the purchase of the light boxes. It is wise to call your health insurer and ask whether there is coverage for such a purchase in your policy or not.

Just remember: light therapy will just improve your condition, but there are no warranties that it will cure your depression. As a matter of fact, no antidepressant cures the disorder. When light therapy doesn’t relieve your symptoms you should consult your physician again and ask for treatment alternatives. He or she might recommend medication, in addition to light therapy and not to replace it.

If you don’t suffer from SAD or any other depression for that matter, but you would still like to bring more light into your home during winter (or maybe just when your windows are not large enough to let in the proper amount of natural light), you could always purchase a light box made of high power LEDs. Compared to the white fluorescent light boxes, LED light boxes have the advantage of reducing energy costs while emitting light in the same brightness. Many such devices are cheaper than their fluorescent counterparts and if you don’t need bright light, you can always dim the LEDs.

3 Essential Tips For Growing Herbs Indoors

Growing your own herb plants is a good way to create fresh, aromatic herbs for many different purposes. Growing herbs indoors is simple since herb plants grow well in pots and they thrive in sunny window sills. Any type of pot or container that allows for well-drained soil will be a welcome home for herb plants.

There are three (3) important things necessary for an indoor herb garden and these are the same essential things needed for outdoor herb gardens too. They include:

1. Adequate sunlight
2. Well-drained soil
3. Plenty of water

These three things are important for growing herbs indoors so a window sill or surface where sun enters through a door or window is important. A kitchen herb garden is an excellent place to start. If there is a window in the kitchen that faces south or west, you can take greater advantage of natural sunlight. If you have a problem with a lack of adequate sunlight, growing herbs indoors can also be accomplished by using a light source such as a “grow lamp” or fluorescent lamp. While these are available, natural sunlight is always preferred if it is available.

Soil is the next important consideration. Herb Plants grow best in well-drained soil that is not too rich. Using two parts sterilized potting soil with one part coarse sand or perlite for herbs is a good mixture for pots. It is also beneficial to put about an inch of gravel or small rocks in the bottom of each pot to allow for adequate drainage. When growing herbs indoors, it is essential to ensure that pots do not become too wet and drainage helps avoid this problem. Adding about a teaspoon of lime for a 5-inch pot will help ensure that the soil is best suited for herbs. When the soil is optimal, the herb plants will grow strong and healthy and maintaining the herb plants will be easier.

Next, don’t overlook the importance of water when growing herbs indoors. Herb Plants grown in pots need adequate water, although it’s important not to over-water them. Herbs grow well when misted lightly with cool water. When growing herbs indoors in pots or containers, water them more often but avoid drenching the roots and leaving them soggy. They will not thrive in a pot that is too wet. A light spritz of water is a good way to keep them damp but not saturated.< 1000
br />

When growing herbs indoors, it is easy to start a herb garden without a lot of fuss and trouble. Following these three essential tips for indoor herb garden projects will help ensure that your herb plants are healthy and produce fragrant herbs for cooking or other purposes. This is just the beginning of the wonderful experience of herb gardening and before you know it, you’ll be ready to take your indoor herb garden into the outdoors too.

Depression: Sad Because Of Winter

Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD is a kind of depression caused by the effect of the change of seasons as early as August or September in men and women and may be recognized by things as simple as eating or sleeping more during winter than the rest of the year.

The National Institute of Health realized about this disorder during the 1970s although it has existed for centuries. This entity realized about SAD after have asked people if they noticed they were eating and sleeping more over winter.

Experts and new research discovered that the best way to fight this disorder is to add cognitive behavior therapy or “talk therapy” to the mix of using anti-depressant drugs and light therapy, the traditional approaches to treat SAD.

SAD symptoms are not only winter blues and subtle changes in eating and sleeping but also cravings for sweets and starches, fatigue, irritability, social withdrawal and depression, changes which disappear during spring and summer.

Although there are many theories about SAD, experts highlight that production of melatonin, a sleep hormone related to depression, may increase over winter. Meanwhile, the amount of serotonin, which is a brain chemical triggered by sunlight, is thought to increase with the lack of sunlight.

As there is evidence that light intensity and temperature also may play a role in developing SAD the related depression can vary. It is also known that the percentage of people with affective disorder increases with increasing latitude, as shorter days seem to trigger symptoms.

There exist several ways to treat SAD and experts think that the first approach should be light therapy. But patients with seasonal depression may respond better to treatment when the therapy is combined with medication.

Today, acne is a very common skin problem mostly faced by the people between the age group of 12 and 24 years. Acne occurs when the oil produced by the skin glands entraps in the pores and thus bacteria traps in those pores which harm the skin.

There are numerous acne treatments depending upon the different kinds of skin. Talking about the most successful treatment, light therapies are the long term solutions to this problem suitable for all the skin types. The most commonly used treatment therapy is the blue light acne therapy.

The major devices which are used for the blue light acne therapy are:

Evis MD Platinum Blue

Omnilux Clear-U (emits both blue and red light)

Baby Quasar – Baby Blue

Tanda Professional Skin Care System (emits both blue and red light)

ANSR Acne Light Therapy System (emits both blue and red light)

Treatment

The blue light therapy kills the bacteria named as P.Acne or Propionibacterium Acne. With the use of blue light, the bacteria are removed from the roots thereby stopping any further increase of acne bacteria.

The dermatologists recommend the blue light therapy treatment for the acne problems as it is a natural treatment and does not cause damage to the skin. The acne wounds and the glands producing these wounds are killed by the blue light treatment.

The main advantage of blue light treatment is that it does not include any kind of severe side effects. It does not harm the skin tissues at all. The dermatologists recommend the use of branded products for acne treatment. The major drawback of the blue light treatment is that can cause problems like swelling, skin dryness or some skin color changes which disappear with time or can easily be overcome under the dermatologist guidance.

The most important point to remember is that the commonly used relevant creams only dries out the pimples however this therapy kills off the bacteria and reduces the lesions, papules and pimples. Combined with red light, acne light therapy is even more effective : it repairs skin cells, reduces acne scars and heals skin faster.

Do you know what acne light therapy devices are really working ? Is ANSR Acne Light Therapy system worth it ? Find out at AcneKillers.com.
